  • Once we’ve scheduled your collaborative workshop, you can expect to have your polished + perfected brand messaging guide in hand within 3-4 weeks depending on feedback response time + revisions.

  • The verbal style guide is one component of your brand messaging guide. This includes instructions for your brand’s tone of voice, as well as syntax, diction, grammar and [not to be forgotten] emoji treatments.

  • All projects include up to two rounds of revisions. Edits in excess are billed at our standard hourly rate—however, it’s rare that clients exceed two rounds of revisions, because we’ve put in the work upfront to get to know you and your brand!

  • This package is perfect for business owners and entrepreneurs who are just getting their feet off the ground, or established businesses looking to evolve and level up their brand presence and positioning.

  • Your brand messaging guide comes complete as a finalized PDF. However, I’m happy to pass on the editable PowerPoint version so that your team can apply updates as your business and brand evolves over time.

  • I require a 50% deposit up front and 50% payment upon project completion. Payments can be made with cheque, e-transfer, or direct deposit. Credit card payments are also available, but subject to a 3% service fee.
